All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dewi88 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dewi88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, not exceeding RM 50 per month, after the inactive period threshold has been reached. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Account closure due to prolonged inactivity does not affect your right to claim your remaining balance upon verified request.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting dewi88 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed. Bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by dewi88 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant competition and dewi88's internal sports betting rules. In the event of any conflict, dewi88's internal rules shall prevail. dewi88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by integrity issues, manifest errors, or data feed failures.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that wager. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended without notice during significant match events.
All casino games are operated by licensed third-party game studios. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.
